The raised bar seats 2 people, and the bistro table seats 6. The gathering room with large flat screen tv consists of all new furniture, including a sofa sleeper (queen), matching loveseat, and 2 recliners. A wicker treasure chest is filled with books for your reading pleasure. Games and puzzles are available for those days or nights when you decide to stay indoors.

In addition to flat screen TVs, each bedroom also offers new furniture and mattresses. The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed and dresser, plus a swivel rocker/recliner, with private access to the balcony. The ensuite includes a double vanity, extra-large walk-in closet, and beautiful walk-in shower. Adjacent to the bathroom is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer for your convenience. The second bedroom with queen bed has its own bathroom. Fun built-in bunk beds adjacent to the dining area are perfect for little ones or adults up to 6′ .

Hi speed internet is provided throughout the unit. All 3 TVs are connected to Roku enabling you to select from an expanded list of network channels, plus the ability to log in and watch all your favorite streaming services.
ON-SITE AMENITIES
Complex amenities include two beautiful full-size pools, plus a smaller kiddie pool. The poolside Tiki Hut offers a wide variety of food and beverages for your convenience and enjoyment. Soak away worries with your choice of two hot tubs. If you prefer the benefits of working out in a gym, visit our exercise room on the main floor overlooking the pools, where you’ll find state-of-the-art equipment. The rental of our unit includes the use of 2 lounge chairs and one umbrella on the beach during your stay. We also keep 2 beach chairs and a cooler in the unit for your use. For an additional fee, you can rent a jet ski, banana boat, parasail, and more.

Our Gulf Crest location provides quick and easy access to casual and fine dining throughout the area. Restaurants, shopping and entertainment are within walking distance if you prefer to walk. Or hop in your car and drive to any of your soon-to-be favorite spots within minutes. Visit Pier Park where you’ll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters and entertainment for all ages. Driving ranges and golf courses are very close. Nature lovers will thoroughly enjoy exploring St. Andrews Park and Shell Island. Additional activities offered in the area include scuba diving, deep-sea diving and deep-sea fishing.
A PERSONAL WORD FROM THE OWNERS
We are Paul and Karen Gilchrist and live in Macon, Georgia. As you may tell from our condo name – “THE KEY OF SEA” – we are both musicians. Paul can play just about every instrument and just about any song, as long as it’s in “the key of C.” That’s how we came up with the name.
Visiting Panama City Beach for 20+ years, we fell in love with the area and decided to purchase a second home. We found it to be peaceful, restful, and inspiring – all the right things to help us regroup, renew, and refresh our hectic lives.
