Refundable Deposit Required ($300 for 2 bdrm units; $500 for 3 bdrm units). All Rates are subject to 13% Florida state taxes and Cleaning fees. Rates include Beach Service at GulfCrest Beach (2 cushioned lounge chairs and a large umbrella) in season.

Payment Procedures
We require the refundable $300 deposit check within 14 business days of booking. Please mail your deposit check to:

Upon receipt of your deposit check, we will mail you a confirmation letter. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date and may be made via personal check, Visa or Mastercard. There is a 3.5% processing fee for credit cards. Upon receipt of your full payment check, we will email you our GulfCrest Information Packet with the access codes to the security parking gate and your unit (we have keyless entry systems on all our doors). Your original deposit check will be shredded after our housekeeping staff checks out the unit at the end of your stay.
Cancellation Policy
We do prorated refunds for cancellations in the event of a mandatory hurricane evacuation. Cancellation for other reasons on less than 30 days notice result in a forfeiture of your deposit check if we cannot re-rent the unit.
